We design systems that put people at the center of how organizations grow, change, and thrive.
Sunroot Systems is a people-centered design firm working at the intersection of restorative practices, community, and organizational change. We partner with institutions, nonprofits, schools, and coalitions to build the relational infrastructure that makes their most important work possible—the systems for honest dialogue, accountability, repair, and lasting collaboration.
Our approach is proactive, not reactive. We don't just show up when things go wrong. We work alongside organizations to design the frameworks, train the people, and create the conditions that prevent harm, navigate complexity, and sustain trust over time. Every engagement is tailored to your context, grounded in your community, and built to outlast our involvement.
